Jeff Fan

Vice President and General Manager, Central and Eastern China

Jeff Fan is vice president and general manager, Central and Eastern China, at Air Products. He is fully responsible for leading the profitable and sustainable growth of the company’s Industrial Gases business in these sub-regions.

Mr. Fan joined Air Products in 2002 as an SAP specialist and has served in several roles supporting SAP initiatives, including China SAP project manager in 2005. He was appointed pricing and margin enhancement manager for Asia Merchant Gases in 2007, business development manager for mergers and acquisitions for China Merchant Gases in 2010, and commercial manager for East China Liquid Bulk Gases in 2013. Mr. Fan was appointed as vice president and general manager for Southern China in 2016,  and vice president and general manager for Northern and Western China in 2021. He assumed his current position in 2022.

Mr. Fan holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of International Business and Economics and an MBA from the University of Leeds (U.K.).
