Christopher Rodriguez

Christopher Rodriguez is responsible for delivering a world-class employee experience, resulting in employees feeling they Belong and Matter. His integrated scope of responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, talent marketing/branding, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and performance development and succession planning.
Mr. Rodriguez brings more than 21 years of experience across Human Resources (HR) disciplines. He began his career at Pfizer, Inc. in 1998, where he held roles of increasing HR leadership responsibility. In 2007 Mr. Rodriguez joined LyondellBasell Industries, with senior roles in Leadership Development, Succession Management, and Organization Development and Talent Management in the U.S. and the Netherlands. In 2011 he joined Cargill, Inc. in Minnesota, U.S. as vice president, Talent Leader. Mr. Rodriguez then took an international assignment as head of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness for Sadara Chemical Company in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, where he led HR strategy and set policies, processes, training systems and rewards in establishing new joint venture facilities. Subsequently, Mr. Rodriguez became a managing partner for Talent Culture Consulting in Texas, U.S. before his most recent role leading Talent Management for Memorial Hermann Health System in Texas.
Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Oral Roberts University and an MS degree in Organizational Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.
